Fully Ruggedized and Military Ready

Developed with the military and aerospace industry in mind, the GRiDCASE 1510 is housed within a fully sealed, Aluminium Chassis and is built to comply with all military specifications for Environmental and EMC. The Laptop contains a fully sealed chassis, keyboard and thumbstick and is certified to IP68. The GRiDCASE 1510 is also able to withstand operating temperatures from -28ºC to +55ºC, giving you the peace of mind that it will keep going for as long as required.

Weighing in at less than 1kg and only 6.1” wide, the GRiDCASE 1510 is arguably the most portable Laptop on the planet. The unique design of the GRiDCASE 1510 enables you to have the full power of a Windows or Linux system, capable of running any software or interacting with any hardware that would typically require a much larger device to manage, all the while being able to fit in your pocket or backpack.

The GRiDCASE 1510 rugged Laptop provides variable input methods by incorporating both a fully sealed QWERTY Keyboard as well as a Resistive Touchscreen. Take advantage of the Touchscreen for mapping software whilst having a full Keyboard at your disposal for more intricate tasks.

Operating in unique environments requires a device to deliver powerful performance and keep up with high processing demands. Powered by an Intel® Atom™ Processor, the GRiDCASE 1510 provides extreme performance in a small, portable device. Inclusion of a 256GB SSD ensures that your device provides a high level of responsiveness and minimal downtime when out in the field. Up to 8 hours battery life provided by a Hot-swappable Battery lets you run the device for as long as possible whilst being able to swap out for a fresh Battery without stopping an application.

Completely Configurable

Ensuring that any device you are using can easily interact with pre-existing hardware and software is key to having a cohesive solution for your project. That’s why, like the rest of our product range, the GRiDCASE 1510 comes with a fully customisable rear connector panel that can be configured on a specific project basis and is designed to handle any interface you need it to. Without charging for NRE you are able to choose from a mixture of military specification and commercial connectors to ensure that the GRiDCASE 1510 fits seamlessly into your current solution.
